Main Cottage: 4 bedrooms, 4 baths Guest Cottage: 2 bedrooms, loft, 3 baths. The corner lot was selected by architects, Robert and Carol Orr, from New Haven, CT to be the location of their second home. Behind six regal palms, a beautiful arcade of large classical columns and two levels of covered porch extend the entire length of the property, connecting main cottage and guest cottage. The house celebrates the aphorism, On the white sandy beaches of Gulf Coast Florida, the bedroom is where you sleep, the outdoors is where you live.
